About

I am currently an Early Career Fellow at Monash. This position invloves teaching and research.

My involvement in computer science has been quite varied since my honours year at Monash. Intially I worked in data mining and moved to computation neuroscience during my master's work. Since then I have moved to exploring algorithms for real-world combinatorial optimization problems as part of my PhD research. I am currently focusing on extending some of these methods.

Masters: Modeling Connectivity in the Brain: An Application in Huntington's Disease

Examined differences in connectivity in prefrontal brain regions between Huntington's disease patients and healthy controls over a two year period. We examined structural equation modeling and dynamic causal modeling
